tagonsoft.com uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising. Below is a short, concrete account of the data that still reaches us or our providers, and of your rights.

Visiting the website
The site is delivered through the Cloudflare network (Cloudflare, Inc.). For every request, Cloudflare technically processes your IP address, date and time, the page requested, your browser and operating system, in order to deliver the page and protect the site from attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cloudflare acts as our processor and may process data in the United States; the transfer is covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, under which Cloudflare is certified, and by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We do not build visitor profiles and do not use this data for marketing.
No cookies, analytics or ads
We set no cookies and use no analytics tools, tracking pixels, advertising or social buttons that load third-party code. Fonts, scripts and images are all served from our own domain.
Your browser's storage (localStorage) keeps only two preferences you choose yourself: the language (tos_lang) and the light or dark theme (tos_theme). They stay on your device, are never sent to us, and you can delete them at any time in your browser settings.
When you email or call us
If you contact us by email or phone, we process the data you give us (name, email address, phone number, the content of your message) to reply and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal or contract (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Our email is hosted by Romarg SRL in Romania.
We keep correspondence for as long as the conversation requires; if it leads to a contract, accounting records are kept for the periods required by law.
Links to other websites
The site links to LinkedIn, X, GitHub, pub.dev, the app stores and our clients' websites. No data is passed to them until you click; after that, that site's own privacy policy applies.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to us at any time at contact@tagonsoft.ro; we reply within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro, or with the authority in your own EU country.
We make no automated decisions and do no profiling based on your data.
