What does “AI-native development” mean?
AI — mainly Claude — drafts most of the code, tests and documentation. Senior engineers set the architecture, review every change, test on real devices and own the release. You get the speed of AI with human accountability.
Which AI models do you integrate?
Managed models on AWS Bedrock, or open-source models (Llama, Qwen, Mistral) self-hosted with Ollama or vLLM when data must stay in-house. We choose per use case, cost and data constraints.
Do you work with clients outside Romania?
Yes. We work with clients across Europe and North America, remotely from Iași, with weekly demos.
How do you keep cost predictable?
